1. Wrangler’s “True Wanderer Campaign” is open to all Filipino residents, ages 18 years old and above, except employees and immediate family members of Magnifico Jeans, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
  2. The campaign period is from May 16, 2019 to June 17, 2019.
  1. The 6 (six) finalists will be announced on May 17, 2019.
  2. Their 3-day journey will be completed from May 25, 2019 to May 27, 2019. Submission of entries will be from May 28, 2019 to May 31, 2019 while the submission of behind-the-scenes photos will be on May 28, 2019 until 11:00 PM.
  3. The 6 finalists will be given a travel kit that contains Wrangler clothes (3 tops, 2 bottoms), pocket money, and travel essentials. It is important to note that finalists are not allowed to wear other branded clothing. Pocket money amounting to PHP15,000 (fifteen-thousand pesos) will be given to cover the finalists’ and their chosen companion’s tickets and accommodations during the 3-day ride out for their respective challenges.
  4. Each finalist will be entitled to travel to any local destination with their chosen companion. They have the liberty to choose who they want to bring along. Insurance will be limited to 1 (one) finalist and 1 (one) companion only. Participants who will bring more than the maximum will have to cover for all excess expenses and insurance.
  5. They will complete certain tasks with their chosen companion/s that will help them generate entries for a weekly photo competition with different themes. Finalist must submit their entries within May 28, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

  6. Participants must have at least 1 (one) entry among the said categories. They must submit their entry to www.wrangler-ap.com/ph/truewanderer.
  7. All entries of finalists must have them with their companions in it. Finalists with more than 1 (one) companion must shoulder exceeding expenses.
  8. Submission of final entries will be on May 31, 2019. Failure to submit entries by the deadline (May 31, 2019, 11:59PM) will disqualify the finalist from the campaign.
  9. Participants may upload their entries onto their personal social media profiles to garner support for their entry. But voting will be done in the website and social engagements will have no bearing in the final entry score.
  10. Public voting will be from June 3, 2019 to June 7, 2019.
  11. Announcement of winners will be on June 17, 2019.
Terms & Conditions
  1. By entering this campaign, you warrant and represent that all photographs, videos, and write-ups you submit are your own original work, do not infringe upon any copyright, invade any right of privacy, contain any defamatory, libelous or slanderous material, or violate any other right of any person or entity, and are not otherwise contrary to law.
  2. Entries will be accepted only before the final date. No entry will be entertained after that. Disqualified entries will no longer be entertained.
  3. Entries that contain pornographic material, propagate “hate” messages, make defamatory statements, or which are otherwise extraordinarily offensive are not eligible.
  4. Photographs, videos, and text submitted must not endorse or be perceived to endorse a commercial product or service. This includes a display of brand names or trademarks on people, equipment or other objects visible in the photograph. Wrangler will screen entries to ensure that each comply with the campaign guidelines. Entries that do not comply with this will not be featured.
  5. For any photograph or video submitted in which another person is recognizable, any liability for claims for misuse of that image shall lie upon you and not the organizers of the event.
  6. Disclaimer: The organizers shall not be responsible for unforeseen events such as:
    • Any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted, or damaged transmissions or entries.
    • Any campaign disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused during the event beyond the control of Wrangler or by non-authorized human intervention.
    • Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the campaign.
  7. By uploading their campaign posts, participants grant Wrangler the license to reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media or product now existing or subsequently developed, for any educational, promotional, publicity, exhibition, archival, scholarly and any other governmental purposes. Organizers will always credit photos sent in by participants, and will likewise ask permission should there be any alterations in the submitted photo.
  8. Organizers will inform contestants along with their companions in the photo on planned alterations to their submitted photos to fit certain marketing materials, or certain information that can be used for the campaign.
  9. No confidentiality - Photographs, and videos submitted as a part of your entry to the organizers will not be treated as confidential, and by entering this campaign and submitting photographs and videos, you represent and warrant that they do not include or disclose any trade secrets, proprietary information or other confidential information.
  10. Miscellaneous - The campaign and these Terms & Conditions will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the Philippines. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Wrangler, which are final and binding in all respects. Wrangler reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend, cancel, postpone or extend the campaign or any entrant's participation in the campaign should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Wrangler’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the campaign or Wrangler otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the campaign as planned. Entrants who violate or fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the campaign, tamper with the operation of the campaign, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Wrangler or its partners, the campaign or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Wrangler’s sole discretion), are subject to disqualification from entry into the campaign.   11. This campaign is open to the public, excluding employees & relatives of Wrangler and its partners including Snapworx Digital, Inc.
  12. Votation closing is on June 7, 2019.
  13. The winner of the event should redeem his/her prize within 60 days.
  14. Prizes are not non-transferrable and convertible to cash.
  15. Companion of winner should not be under the age of 18.
  16. The participants who join in the event shall be doing so at their own risk and shall execute any documentation required by Wrangler at prior to commencing the event and shall follow all Terms & Conditions put up on the website by Wrangler. Any incidents that should occur will be out of Wrangler’s control.
  17. Any dispute or grievance will be subject to resolution through courts at the Philippines only.
  18. Any user found to commit any form of cheating for the duration of the campaign will be disqualified. The system’s backend will be secured to avoid such instances.
